  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • We do not accept returns for opened or used food products due to safety and hygiene reasons.
  • Perishable items like ghee, cooking oil, and spices cannot be returned unless they are damaged, expired, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Returns will only be processed for products that are found to be defective, expired, or not as per the order placed.
